Yael Kanarek is an established Israeli-American multidisciplinary artist, known for her pioneering use of multilingualism in art. A student of Kabbalah, since 2016, she has been working on regendering the Bible in response to the critical void of canonical text in L’shon Isha (feminine language). In 2020 she established Beit Toratah, an institute for the ritual and study of the Regendered Bible.
