Sheree has had lifetime involvement in social change: as a Fairfield Councillor; member of Western Sydney Ethnic Affairs Committee; Cabramatta Community Centre Secretary; founder of SWAP drug/alcohol service, Australian Centre of Cartooning and Animation and South West Amnesty group. She has lived in Israel and visited the West Bank.
