Gemma met her husband Ariel on a blind date, set up by her mother’s close friend who felt they would be a great match. Gemma and Ariel were married in January 2020 in Israel. Understanding the struggles of dating in the Sydney Jewish community, Gemma feels fortunate to have been matched by a modern day 'matchmaker'.
