Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Join Tuvia Book for a program of learning, inspiration, and poetry to celebrate the life of Hannah Szenes, Zionist pioneer, poet and paratrooper who was executed by the Hungarian Arrow Cross – Nazi collaborators – at the age of 23. This session will examine Hannah's motivation for her heroic selfless actions, through her own words and through recollections of those who knew her. Decades after her tragic early death her story and her poems continue to inspire.

"A voice called, and I went.
I went, for a voice called."

(Hannah Szenes, 1921-1944)
