WORKSHOP | Learn, move and be inspired! In this session we will learn about the angels in the Jewish mystical text, the Zohar, "Book of Enlightenment" and then integrate those teachings into movement and yoga postures. The 4 angels are described as Michael to our right – the angel of Love; Gavriel to our left – the angel of Strength; Uriel in front of us – the angel of Light; Raphael behind us – the angel of Healing. This prayer/chant lends itself to movement in such a practical way. Join Orna Triguboff, a kabbalah scholar and Leora Krowitz, a yoga teacher and dancer, for this unique experience based on the bedtime Shema prayer. You will learn a set of movements/postures that you can use when you like, to de-stress, stretch and feel good.

Leora Krowitz is a Yoga and Meditation teacher. She specialises in Japanese Yoga and is also a Shiatsu and Kinesiology practitioner. She has taught Kabbalah Yoga with Dr. Orna Triguboff in Israel, on the Neshama Life 10-day Kabbalah Tour of Israel and at workshops in Australia.
