WORKSHOP | In this workshop, participants will be given the opportunity to make mezzuzot with the guidance of Estelle Rozinki. Estelle is the curator, designer and artist of the exhibition "The Missing Mezzuzot of Zdunska Wola" which explores and memorialises the diverse Jewish community of Zdunska Wola, Poland before 1939. The first hundred mezzuzot were created as a metaphor for 100 of the 3000 Jewish families that lived in the town before World War II and the interactive installation focuses on vignettes and stories of a once vibrant Jewish community. Discuss this poignant exhibition and make your own mezzuzah!
