In this introduction to the history of Agricultural Judaism, we'll transform land, culture and traditions into a modern day expression of ancient concepts and practices. I'll be sharing what Jewish Urban farming is and the values that shape it.

Mitch is the Director of Compost and Farm manager of Adamama, Australia's only Jewish Urban Farm. He is cultivating soil and soil through workshops, food based festivals, pickling and education. All on a small patch of land behind some tennis courts.
