WORKSHOP | Learn a bit about fermented foods, what to keep in mind when your start to make your own and how to explore the world of fermented food production from your own kitchen! I will also demonstrate the method for making kimchi, a traditional Korean condiment, for you to take home to complete its fermenting in your kitchen – to be ready in time for your next Shabbat dinner.
